Things I’m Loving

Now that I’m settling into city life, I’m overwhelmed by the plethora of products and services available to me. It’s like a whole new world! Island living is amazing, but let’s face it, there’s not much shopping. A few months into my urban living, here are the products that I’m loving right now!

Things I'm Loving

  1. My sweet pup is used to walking in an open field or beach, on a nice long leash. Now that we’re surrounded with busy roads and driveways, I’ve had to rein her in. Of course, she’s resisting, so I switched her neck collar to the Buddy Belt. It’s easier on her neck and back, originally made for Dachshunds, and as a bonus, it’s made in Canada!
  2. I’m a pretty regular Uber user so I was thrilled to find out they also deliver food from my favorite restaurants through the Uber Eats app. Apparently this isn’t a new thing, but it’s new to me! How much more convenient can it get?
  3. I’m starting to incorporate resistance bands into my workout routine. This Thera-Band anchor allows me to use my resistance bands anywhere without fear of the knot slipping and coming undone. Snap!
  4. I have unpacked almost all of our boxes now, and was thrilled to get this Alvar Aalto vase out of storage. It was a wedding gift (15 years ago!), and it’s still one of my favorite pieces on display in our home.
  5. I first tried this Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion scrub as sample from Sephora. I loved it so much, I bought the full size version. I use it once or twice a week and it’s made a big difference in my skin.
  6. I’m a huge fan of Kate Spade, and this palm tree tote is on my wish list. It’s the perfect way to always carry around a little bit of the Caribbean with me.

What are you loving lately?

Have you tried Uber Eats?
