National S’mores Day Recipe Round Up

Monday, August 10th is National S’Mores Day! Doesn’t that sound delicious? I can’t think of a better start to the week than that! Of course, when I think of s’mores, I immediately think of summer nights spent around a campfire. There’s nothing better than sitting around a fire and roasting a marshmallow to perfection. I always liked mine a little bit burnt, but that’s a matter of personal taste =)

Every summer, the Mr. and I would go camping at Algonquin Park. It’s really one of the activities I miss the most since moving to the Caribbean. But don’t feel too bad for me. Just because I don’t have access to a campfire, doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy s’mores every now and then! I’ve scoured Pinterest and rounded up the best ways to enjoy this delicious summer treat, no campfire needed!  National S'mores Day Recipe Round Up

The classic combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows allows for an infinite amount of possibilities! How about s’mores fudge, pie, cheesecake, or even popsicles!

Do you go camping?

How do you like your marshmallows? Perfectly toasted or burnt?
